Have you got previously worked in a Customer Service environment, do you enjoy sales and like being part of a team, as well as working on your own initiative, then we have the perfect job for you.  You don't need to come from our sector or know our products, as we will provide you with a great on-boarding and induction.  Sound good - keep reading!  

We are part of the Travis Perkins Group and our Benchmarx Showroom in Cirencester and is on Unit 3, Metric Trade Park, Cirencester GL7 1YQ.. Our Showroom is within a Standalone branch and it's very busy. We have 4 experienced colleagues and 1 delivery vehicle, we have a footfall of 50 plus trade customers a week, most we know on a first-name basis. Our Showroom consists of a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Kitchen Designer and a Driver. The team is very experienced so you will be in good hands.

Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 12pm but you will only need to work 2 Saturdays in 4.

What will I be doing?
  • No one day is the same as the next in Benchmarx branch life, and now that you have a new found knowledge of our products, here are a few pointers:
  • Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.
  • You’ll handle requests, provide information on our products, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase, taking our sales from good to great.
  • You'll also be responsible for ensuring the safe and correct movement of our products around the branch. 
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
  • What experience do you need?
  • This is a key customer-facing role, you just need the ability to provide great customer service, we can teach you the rest.
